Due to absentee ownership, uninvolved property management or both the existing occupants of a newly acquired project may be less than ideal residents. Pacific Property Assets has extensive experience in the identification and screening of prospective tenants. As the project renovations go forward and the re-tenanting process is implemented, the resident profile within the project becomes more desirable. As an added benefit, PPA has found that once an upgraded tenant profile is established, the buildings tend to require less ongoing repair and maintenance.

PPA itself directly manages each property internally within the dictates of a written management plan. Our management style is very proactive, virtually the opposite of an absentee-owner or third party “fee management” company.

Our active involvement in day-to-day property and asset management helps us not only to deliver results that meet or exceed each property’s written business plan but also to be aware of the onset of trends that can result in other opportunities within the marketplace.
