As the project renovations go forward and the re-tenanting process is implemented, the resident profile within the project becomes more desirable. As an added benefit, PPA has found that once an upgraded tenant profile is established, the buildings tend to require less ongoing repair and maintenance.

PPA itself directly manages each property internally within the dictates of a written management plan. Our management style is very proactive, virtually the opposite of an absentee-owner or third party “fee management” company.
